The last few weeks have been tough for Tori and I as I recently blew out my knee playing basketball. The surgery and recovery that followed have put a lot of stress on my family. When the furnace broke down less than a week after my surgery, I was pretty down. However, working with Eric and your company really gave my family the happiness and relief that we needed at the time. We also wanted to thank you for allowing us to bring our son to the Brew City wrestling event a couple months ago. He was able to go into the ring and accept the award with Eric. He loved that and now is a wrestling fan. This is fun for me as I have always been a fan, and we truly enjoyed watching him have fun there and experience it up close.

On January 6, I called West Allis Heating because my furnace was not heating up on the coldest day of the year. Not only did the receptionist live up to her promise, but the servicemen came over within an hour and fixed the problem. I’m an 88-year-old man who is recovering from major surgeries and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated West Allis Heating for helping me.

Your original quote was not the lowest for equipment. I went with you because I was confident that John would make sure the job was done right. And he did.

On Monday afternoon, July 25, we noticed our A/C was not cooling the house and our house was warm by Tuesday. We called you and were able to get an appointment the next day, Wednesday at noon. Dennis got here, diagnosed a bad capacitor in the unit, replaced it, rechecked everything, and the A/C is working again. Thanks to all of you for your great speedy service to get us cool again.
