Over Half a Century of Exceeding Your Heating and Cooling Needs
West Allis Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1959 by Floyd and Lois Brink. The company was purchased by their daughter Debbie and her husband Ron for a short period of time. It was then purchased by Dan Eaton, Debbie’s son and Floyd and Lois’s grandson.
Dan literally grew up in the business, as he started working at the company when he was only ten years old, repairing window air conditioners in the shop. Dan loved working at the company and when new mandatory requirements were put in place to ensure technicians would properly handle Freon, he immediately became certified at the age of 16. He then worked as an installer and service technician to learn every aspect of the business. In fact, he even spent time answering the phone, helping customers with their questions, and also handling sales.
He assumed ownership of the company in 2003, and it was during this period that the values instilled by his grandfather—hard work, honesty, and old-fashioned value—helped shape the business into what it is today.
Under Dan’s leadership, the company grew rapidly and when West Allis Heating moved to a new location in 2007, he re-envisioned the existing parts retail shop—Wholesale Heating Parts, a name which his grandfather patented—into the WAH Comfort Store to better meet the needs of customers. He also instituted ongoing safety and training programs so the technicians and installers keep up with the latest technological innovations, delivering exceptional advice and services to customers.

West Allis Heating is a Strong Supporter of the Community
We participate in a variety of community programs including Heat-Up Wisconsin, which was started in 2010—in fact, West Allis Heating was one of the first to join the effort. In this program, Lennox donates up to 100 furnaces to deserving families and then participating dealers and employees, like West Allis Heating, donate the installation materials and labor to install the furnaces. The program is a great win-win for Wisconsin families.
