At West Allis Heating and Air Conditioning, we offer a variety of comfort maintenance agreement plans, or CMA’s. The plans differ in cost depending on the type of equipment you have in your home. We do our best to make sure our priority CMA customers are comfortable during all seasons. Here are three main reasons to join our CMA program.
Two Tune & Cleans
Our comfort maintenance agreement comes with two tune & clean appointments. One tune & clean is for the furnace and occurs in the fall. During this time a 15-point inspection is done on your furnace. Some of the items inspected during a furnace tune & clean are the heat exchanger, burner, pilot assembly, and condensate trap. In the spring you will receive an air conditioning tune & clean. This is another 15-point inspection that includes exterior and interior cleaning of your air conditioning unit. Tune & cleans are proactive measures to make sure your equipment is functioning properly for the seasons to come. They also help prolong the lifespan of your unit.
Discounts on Filters
Our CMA customers also receive discounts on filters. A 10% discount is given on any HVAC filters you would need for your system. Since your filter should be changed regularly, this discount could save you a fair sum over time.
Waived Regular Service Call Fees
If you are a CMA customer and your equipment fails, we will come out free of charge during regular service hours. New or old, equipment can have malfunctions. This feature makes sure a technician is available for an unpredictable breakdown.
